Memorials and Donations

The Mill Memorial Library thanks you for your patronage and your support. Your generous donations will help to ensure that the library continues to provide quality information, community support, and events for years to come.

If you wish to give a donation in honor or memory of an individual, please fill out and print this form. Please indicate whether you wish for your contributions to be designated for general use or a memorial plaque placed in a book. Also, please provide not only your contact information but of the individual you are memorializing or honoring.

Book and Media Donations Policy

The Mill Memorial Library Accepts New and Gently Used Books for our Collection or Book Sales

  • No Dictionaries, Thesauruses, Encyclopedias, Textbooks, or Reader’s Digest Condensed Books
  • No books that are in Poor Condition.
    • Musty/ Smoky
    • Dirty/ Stained/ Moldy
    • Torn/ Yellowed Pages/Cover
  • VHS Tapes, Cassette Tapes, and Vinyl Records are also Not Accepted

Bringing Donations to the library

Please bring your donations to the Circulation Desk.  Please do not place donated materials in the book return outside.

Large Donations (more than 10 boxes)

If you have a large amount of materials that you wish to donate, please contact the library by phone at 735-3030 with the quantity and a description of the materials.

What does the Mill Memorial Library do with donations?

All donations are greatly appreciated. The library may add certain items to the collection or sell donated items at our book sale.  All funds raised benefit the library.
